Huia founded All Mighty in 2023 after stepping away from a leadership role at a global PR agency. An award-winning marcomms consultant, she’s passionate about breaking traditional boundaries and crafting bold, creatively dynamic communication strategies.

With over 16 years of experience, Huia has worked across a diverse range of clients both locally and globally, with a growing focus on te ao Māori. Her career spans senior roles across media publishing, client-side marketing, and agency leadership.

Huia’s journey initially began in the global fashion industry, where she founded a New York-based consultancy specialising in casting and celebrity influencer marketing—well before it became the buzzword it is today.
